During international shipping or handling, minor scratches or marks may occur on metal canvas artworks or framed pieces.
Please note that these are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
Return & Exchange Period:
Returns are not accepted. For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will provide details such as the return address upon receiving your request.
If There is a Problem with the Product:
If the delivered product is defective or different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange it upon request. Please fill out the exchange request form within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please note that returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
For exchanges, please follow the steps below:

- Reason for exchange

VITRINEは、物を保存し展示するために作られたガラスの陳列ケースを意味する。
中に置かれた対象を最も美しく見せる一方で、誰にも直接触れられないよう隔てる構造であるところに惹かれた。
顔の周囲にある手や装飾は、人物を美しく整えているようにも見えるが、同時に、決められた位置から外れられないように留めているもののようにも見える。
陳列ケースの中の物は、動かないときに最も完全なかたちで保存される。
しかし、損なわれない代わりに、自分自身の場所や姿を選ぶことはできなくなる。
PICAの世界において、見るという行為もまた、何かを食べることに似た方法のひとつになる。
目の前の対象を所有したくなるほど長く見つめるけれど、透明な境界は最後まで接触を許さない。
近づけば近づくほど、触れられないという事実だけがいっそう鮮明になっていく。
