About Metal Canvas Art and Frames
During international shipping or handling, minor scratches or marks may occur on metal canvas artworks or framed pieces.
Please note that these are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
Return & Exchange Period:
Returns are not accepted. For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will provide details such as the return address upon receiving your request.
If There is a Problem with the Product:
If the delivered product is defective or different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange it upon request. Please fill out the exchange request form within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please note that returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
For exchanges, please follow the steps below:

- Reason for exchange

STRAY는 길을 잃고 헤맨다는 뜻과 함께, 정해진 경로에서 벗어나거나 어디에도 속하지 못한 존재다.
그러나 길을 벗어났다는 사실이 반드시 목적지를 잃었다는 뜻은 아닌 것 같다.
넓은 공간을 등에 진 채, 몸을 뒤덮은 문장과 낙서들은 하나의 방향으로 이어지지 않고, 서로 다른 장소에서 흘러온 표식처럼 인물의 옷 위를 떠돌고 있다.
목에 묶인 리본은 장식처럼 보이지만, 동시에 누군가에게 속해 있었음을 나타내는 목줄처럼 보이기도 한다.
인물이 주인을 잃은 것인지, 스스로 매듭을 풀고 떠난 것인지는 명확하게 정하지 않았다.
PICA의 세계에서 길을 잃는다는 것은, 자신에게 주어진 세계를 제대로 소화하지 못한 결과다.
이름과 규칙, 관계와 믿음을 삼키려 했지만, 몸에 맞지 않았고, 결국 그것들을 표면에 붙인 채 정해진 자리의 바깥으로 밀려난다.
어디에도 완전히 속하지 못한다는 사실을 받아들인 채, 조금씩 멀어지는 것이다.
