GAAAT's unique art expression: Metal Canvas Art
What is Metal Canvas Art?
Metal Canvas Art is a new art experience proposed by GAAAT. Each piece of metal canvas art is carefully handcrafted by expert artisans to provide an unique immersive experience that accentuates the three-dimensionality of the artwork while possessing the weight and beauty of metal materials. In addition, it offers superior durability, resisting sunlight and humidity, allowing its beauty to be enjoyed over a long period of time.
Outstanding expressiveness through proprietary technology
The special data design technology that divides digital data into 32 layers is utilized to achieve subtle expression of unevenness and color. As a result, you can feel the deep texture and three-dimensionality that you cannot find in conventional art works.

This work is inspired by the paintings of Sesson Shukei, a master ink painter of the Sengoku period in Japan. Drawing upon Sesson’s spontaneous and inventive brushwork, the artist reimagines his landscapes as sites where PAC-MAN and Ghosts pursuers infiltrate and wander. Within this playful incursion, the serene world of traditional ink painting meets the restless energy of contemporary pop culture, creating a landscape where eras and sensibilities intertwine.
Executed in the technique of traditional ink painting (suiboku-ga) on silk (kenpon), the composition is structured through bold variations of ink tone and dynamic brush rhythm. It inherits the spiritual freedom of Sesson’s art while infusing it with modern humor and subtle critique, offering a vision that bridges the timeless and the transient, the sacred and the playful.
