About Metal Canvas Art and Frames
During international shipping or handling, minor scratches or marks may occur on metal canvas artworks or framed pieces.
Please note that these are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
Return & Exchange Period:
Returns are not accepted. For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will provide details such as the return address upon receiving your request.
If There is a Problem with the Product:
If the delivered product is defective or different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange it upon request. Please fill out the exchange request form within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please note that returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
For exchanges, please follow the steps below:
- Within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact us with the following information:

- Your address
- Product name
- Reason for exchange
- Order number (included in the order confirmation email sent after your purchase) - We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
