About Metal Canvas Art and Frames
During international shipping or handling, minor scratches or marks may occur on metal canvas artworks or framed pieces.
Please note that these are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
Return & Exchange Period:
Returns are not accepted. For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will provide details such as the return address upon receiving your request.
If There is a Problem with the Product:
If the delivered product is defective or different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange it upon request. Please fill out the exchange request form within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please note that returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
For exchanges, please follow the steps below:
- Within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact us with the following information:
- Your name
- Your address
- Product name
- Reason for exchange
- Order number (included in the order confirmation email sent after your purchase) - We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
- Send the product to us.
*Please be sure to contact us in advance. We cannot accept exchanges without prior contact or without confirming the receipt of the confirmation email.
*For exchanges, please ensure that the item is securely packaged and marked as "Fragile." If there is any damage that was not reported in the initial exchange request, we may not be able to process the exchange. - Once we confirm the arrival of the product, we will proceed with the exchange.
- *Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for the following items:
- Items that have been received for more than one week
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling, including the product itself, packaging, and accessories
Exchange Shipping Costs:
For defective products, please send them back with "postage due."
This item is sold through auction and is not available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Notes Regarding the Auction
- Membership registration and login are required to participate in the auction.
- You must be logged in to view the current bidding status.
- Bids cannot be cancelled or changed after submission. Please carefully review the artwork information, bid amount, delivery conditions, and other details before placing your bid.
- If a bid is placed within the final 5 minutes before the scheduled end time, the auction end time will automatically be extended by 5 minutes. After each extension, if another bid is placed within the final 5 minutes, the end time will be extended by an additional 5 minutes.
- Cancellations, returns, or exchanges after a successful bid cannot be accepted for customer-related reasons.
- The winning bidder will receive payment instructions at their registered email address. If payment is not confirmed by the specified deadline, the winning bid may be invalidated.
- As the artwork is large, it will be shipped via a dedicated delivery service, different from standard products. Please review the shipping policy in advance for details regarding shipping fees, delivery methods, and available delivery regions.
- Prices displayed in currencies other than Japanese yen are reference prices converted based on the Japanese yen price. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the actual billed amount may differ.
- Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges may apply separately. These costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged separately.
- If fraudulent bidding or any conduct deemed inappropriate by the management is confirmed, the bid or winning bid may be invalidated.
- Ships approximately 4 months after the winning bid.
