About delivery dates and times
The estimated dispatch time is within 90 days after placing the order.
Books and other merchandise will be dispatched within approximately 30 days, excluding certain pre-order items.
Note: Metal canvas artworks and books/goods will be shipped separately, and separate shipping fees will apply.
*If you order multiple items, they will be shipped together based on the item with the latest estimated shipping date.
*We may not be able to accommodate orders placed during the New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon holidays.

Return & Exchange Period: Returns are not accepted.
For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will provide details such as the return address upon receiving your request.
If There is a Problem with the Product:
If the delivered product is defective or different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange it upon request. Please fill out the exchange request form within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please note that returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
For exchanges, please follow the steps below:
1. Within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact us with the following information:

- Your address
- Product name
- Reason for exchange
- Order number (included in the order confirmation email sent after your purchase)
2. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
3. Send the product to us.
*Please be sure to contact us in advance. We cannot accept exchanges without prior contact or without confirming the receipt of the confirmation email.
*For exchanges, please ensure that the item is securely packaged and marked as "Fragile." If there is any damage that was not reported in the initial exchange request, we may not be able to process the exchange.
