The following shipping fees apply, except for products with free shipping.

Excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa

• Less than 2 kg: 1000 yen
• 2 kg or more but less than 5 kg: 2000 yen
• 5 kg or more but less than 10 kg: 3000 yen
• 10 kg or more but less than 10 kg: 4000 yen

Hokkaido and Okinawa

• Less than 2 kg: 2000 yen
• 2 kg or more but less than 5 kg: 3000 yen
• 5 kg or more but less than 10 kg: 4000 yen
• 10 kg or more but less than 10 kg: 5000 yen

Return & Exchange Period: Returns are not accepted. 

For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will provide details such as the return address upon receiving your request.

If There is a Problem with the Product: 

If the delivered product is defective or different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange it upon request. Please fill out the exchange request form within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please note that returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding. 

For exchanges, please follow the steps below:

1. Within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact us with the following information:

• Your name
• Your address
• Product name
• Reason for exchange
• Order number (included in the order confirmation email sent after your purchase)

2. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.

3. Send the product to us.

*Please be sure to contact us in advance. We cannot accept exchanges without prior contact or without confirming the receipt of the confirmation email.

*For exchanges, please ensure that the item is securely packaged and marked as "Fragile." If there is any damage that was not reported in the initial exchange request, we may not be able to process the exchange.

4. Once we confirm the arrival of the product, we will proceed with the exchange. *Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for the following items:

• Items that have been received for more than one week
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling, including the product itself, packaging, and accessories

Exchange Shipping Costs: For defective products, please send them back with "postage due".
