Shipping Information

About delivery dates and times

The estimated dispatch time is within 90 days after placing the order.

Books and other merchandise will be dispatched within approximately 30 days, excluding certain pre-order items.

Note: Metal canvas artworks and books/goods will be shipped separately, and separate shipping fees will apply.

*If you order multiple items, they will be shipped together based on the item with the latest estimated shipping date.

*We may not be able to accommodate orders placed during the New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon holidays.

Domestic shipping in Japan (common to Kuroneko Yamato and Japan Post)

The following shipping fees(in Tax) apply, except for products with free shipping.

Shipping Fees for Large Artworks

Within Japan (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa): ¥34,000 (tax included)

Hokkaido and Okinawa: ¥35,000 (tax included)

Books (1 book only) Shipping: Flat rate of ¥650 nationwide

*For orders containing only one book (up to 0.3kg), the above shipping rate applies.

*If your order includes goods or exceeds 0.3kg, standard shipping rates will apply.

International Shipping

 When shipping overseas, the price may vary depending on the country.

*Products marked as “Special Shipping” are scheduled to be shipped with special packaging and via a chartered shipping service.

*For orders containing only one book (up to 0.3kg), the above shipping rate applies.

*Orders containing merchandise or exceeding 0.3 kg in weight will be subject to merchandise shipping rates.

About Metal Canvas Art and Frames

During international shipping or handling, minor scratches or marks may occur on metal canvas artworks or framed pieces.
Please note that these are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.

Return & Exchange Period:

Returns are not accepted. For exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will provide details such as the return address upon receiving your request.

If There is a Problem with the Product:

If the delivered product is defective or different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange it upon request. Please fill out the exchange request form within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please note that returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

For exchanges, please follow the steps below:

1.  Within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact us with the following information:
   - Your name
   - Your address
   - Product name
   - Reason for exchange
   - Order number (included in the order confirmation email sent after your purchase)
2. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
3. Send the product to us.
   *Please be sure to contact us in advance. We cannot accept exchanges without prior contact or without confirming the receipt of the confirmation email.
   *For exchanges, please ensure that the item is securely packaged and marked as "Fragile." If there is any damage that was not reported in the initial exchange request, we may not be able to process the exchange.
4. Once we confirm the arrival of the product, we will proceed with the exchange.
5. *Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for the following items:  
   - Items that have been received for more than one week  
   - Items damaged due to customer mishandling, including the product itself, packaging, and accessories  

Exchange Shipping Costs:

For defective products, please send them back with "postage due."
