The Theater Talk Event and Autograph Session will be held by lottery, and you are welcome to apply for both.
Please make sure to review the important notes before proceeding with your lottery application.

Theater Talk Event Important Notes

*Customers participating in the Theater Talk Event are requested, after the announcement of results,
to come to the reception desk at Namba Marui 2F “Haruhiko Mikimoto Art Collection ‘MACROSS’ Exhibition – Chorus –”
between Friday, September 5, 11:00 AM – Saturday, September 6, 4:30 PM
to receive your admission ticket.
* Participants must be present near the entrance of the kino cinéma Shinsaibashi venue 15 minutes prior to the start of the event. Failure to enter the venue before the event begins may result in the forfeiture of participation.
* The organizers and venue bear no responsibility for accidents, theft, or other incidents occurring inside or outside the venue. All attendees are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.br> * Media coverage may occur on the day of the event, and participants may appear in photographs, videos, or other published media.

Important Notes for the Autograph Session

*Autographs will only be signed in the MACROSS art book. no other items will be accepted for signing.
* Please bring your own copy of the art book on the day of the event or purchase one at the venue.
* You will be required to write your full name on a form provided at the reception, which will be verified at the time of signing.
* Only full legal names will be accepted; surnames, given names, or nicknames alone will not be permitted.
* Requests for illustrations during the autograph session will not be accepted.
* Attendees must assemble in the designated waiting area near the exhibition entrance 15 minutes prior to the session start time. Failure to be in line at least 5 minutes prior to the start may result in cancellation of participation.
* Please be advised that the event is subject to change or cancellation due to inclement weather, natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, or the artist’s schedule.

Important Notes Common to All Events

* Food, beverages, and hazardous items are prohibited within the venue.
* Only one application per person is allowed. Multiple applications from the same individual will be counted as a single entry.
* The resale of lottery tickets for event participation, including via auctions, is strictly prohibited. Individuals found in possession of a resold ticket will be denied participation.
* The use of recording devices, video equipment, or cameras is strictly prohibited.
* The organizers and venue bear no responsibility for accidents, theft, or other incidents occurring inside or outside the venue. All attendees are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.

* A confirmation email will be automatically sent upon submitting the application form.
* If you do not receive the confirmation email, it may have been directed to your spam or junk email folder.
* Please ensure that you can receive emails from the domain “gaaat.com.”

All applicants and participants in the autograph session and Theater Talk Event are required to read and comply with all notes.
To prevent accidents and confusion, please follow the staff’s instructions.
Failure to comply with these rules or with staff instructions may result in disqualification from participation.
