In this title, the 2-plane battle from the previous "RBS" was changed to a 2-plane format divided into a main plane in the foreground and a sway plane in the background. Two new characters joined the fight, bringing the total to 22 unique fighters. Additionally, the presentation was significantly simplified by cutting out stage intro demos, mid-match demos, and character interactions.
