For this artwork, Yoichi Takahashi depicted teammates wearing the uniforms of different countries standing shoulder to shoulder and becoming one inside the atmosphere of a stadium.
Captain Tsubasa has always been a story about people from different countries and cultures connecting through football. By chasing the same ball, they become teammates regardless of language or nationality.
The doves in the background symbolize harmony and peace. They express Takahashi's wish for people to respect one another and share the same moment together rather than stand in opposition.
Through this artwork, he hopes to celebrate the connections that football can create and inspire new bonds between people around the world.
