About delivery dates and times

The estimated dispatch time is within 90 days after placing the order.

Books and other merchandise will be dispatched within approximately 30 days, excluding certain pre-order items.

Note: Metal canvas artworks and books/goods will be shipped separately, and separate shipping fees will apply.

*If you order multiple items, they will be shipped together based on the item with the latest estimated shipping date.

*We may not be able to accommodate orders placed during the New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon holidays.

Domestic shipping in Japan (common to Kuroneko Yamato and Japan Post)

The following shipping fees(in Tax) apply, except for products with free shipping.

Within Japan (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa): ¥34,000 (tax included)

Hokkaido and Okinawa: ¥35,000 (tax included)

Books (1 book only) Shipping: Flat rate of ¥650 nationwide

*If your order includes goods or exceeds 0.3kg, standard shipping rates will apply.

返品はお受けしておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。

■ 交換について

以下の条件を満たす場合に限り、交換を承ります。

• 商品到着後7日以内に、当店までご連絡ください。
• ご返送先住所等の詳細は、ご連絡をいただいた後にご案内いたします。

商品に問題があった場合

お届けした商品が不良品、またはご注文内容と異なる場合、速やかに交換対応させていただきます。
その際は、商品到着後7日以内に、下記の「交換申込フォーム」に必要事項をご記入ください。

※ イメージ違いによる返品・交換はお受けできません。 あらかじめご了承ください。

交換手順

1. 到着後7日以内に、以下の内容を当店までご連絡ください：
   ・お名前
   ・ご住所
   ・商品名
   ・交換の理由
   ・受注番号（ご注文後の受注確認メールに記載）
2. 当店より、交換の手順についてご案内いたします。
3. 当店宛てに商品をご返送ください。

※ 必ず事前にご連絡ください。
ご連絡がない場合や、当店からの受付確認メールをご確認いただけていない場合は、交換を承れません。

※ ご返送時は「ワレモノ」指定・厳重な梱包をお願いいたします。
事前申告のない破損が見受けられた場合は、交換対応いたしかねます。

交換をお受けできないケース

• 商品到着から1週間以上経過している場合
• お客様の責任により、商品本体・パッケージ・付属品に破損がある場合

交換送料について

不良品の場合は、着払いにてお送りください。
