- 商品到着後7日以内に、当店までご連絡ください。
- ご返送先住所等の詳細は、ご連絡をいただいた後にご案内いたします。
商品に問題があった場合
お届けした商品が不良品、またはご注文内容と異なる場合、速やかに交換対応させていただきます。
その際は、商品到着後7日以内に、下記の「交換申込フォーム」に必要事項をご記入ください。

※ ご返送時は「ワレモノ」指定・厳重な梱包をお願いいたします。
事前申告のない破損が見受けられた場合は、交換対応いたしかねます。

交換送料について
不良品の場合は、着払いにてお送りください。
