桜の下には死体が埋まっているという内容の小説があります。綺麗な花を咲かすものの下には、逆に汚いものが埋まってないと成り立たないんじゃないかという内容のものです。（『櫻の樹の下には』梶井基次郎の短編小説）その桜の怪しげな雰囲気がこのキャラクターの召喚する骸骨と合うと思い、桜と骸骨の組み合わせになりました。
