What’s MCA? What is Metal Canvas Art?

Timeless beauty.
A tactile visual experience.

Metal Canvas Art (MCA) is GAAAT’s original creation. Using a high-durability metal base and proprietary printing method, each artwork retains its vivid form indefinitely—maintenance-free.

By leveraging proprietary data design and multi-layer UV coating technology, we achieve vibrant color expression and intricate surface textures. The three-dimensional texture, which changes its appearance depending on the angle of light, transforms once-flat digital artwork into a piece with depth and dimension, elevating it into a new kind of art experience.

The Making of Metal Canvas Art

How Metal Canvas Art Is Made

32-Layer Design

Data design by a dedicated team

Up to 32 data layers are stacked on a single digital artwork file using proprietary technology, creating reliefs of up to 1mm. Guided by the artistic intent and visual impact of the original, a team led by the art director determines where and how to construct depth. The result transforms flat digital content into art with dimension and presence.

Metal Canvas

Durability and unique texture from metal material

The use of metal canvas resists humidity and aging, maintaining high durability. Industrial materials not typically used in fine art add boldness and allow long-lasting brilliance—an innovation in the realm of physical artwork.

Specialized Color Layering Technology

Close-up View

Multiple UV ink layers are built up using proprietary methods to achieve vivid colors and detailed textures with millimeter precision. These reliefs reflect light differently depending on angle, delivering a dynamic and tactile experience unique to MCA.

Strict Quality Control

Every piece is thoroughly quality-checked by expert artisans and finished with no compromises. Each artwork is then framed to become a one-of-a-kind Metal Canvas Art (MCA) piece.

Each MCA piece is painstakingly crafted.
We invite you to experience it at the venue.
