Important Notes for Lottery-Based Purchase
| Application Terms |
・Each artwork is limited to 50 pieces in total. However, during the exhibition held at Tokyu Plaza Harajuku in Tokyo from April 4 to April 9, only 15 of each work will be available for sale (both in-venue and online combined). ・The remaining pieces will be available for purchase during the upcoming Yokohama and Osaka exhibitions. ・Please note that in-venue sales take priority. If items are sold out at the venue, there may be no lottery winners for the online sale. ・By applying, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed below. |

| How to Apply |
・Applications can be made through the lottery application form. ・Please complete your application using the "Apply for Lottery" button during the designated application period. ・You may select up to two choices (first and second preference). ・Each person may purchase only one item across all available artworks. ・Applications submitted after the deadline, or via phone, fax, letter, or email, will not be accepted. |

・Applications cannot be canceled after the deadline, and changes such as cancellation or address modification will not be accepted. ・Please refrain from purchasing for resale purposes. ・Unauthorized cancellations or resale activities will be deemed as a violation and may result in disqualification from future applications. ・Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. ・Specific delivery dates cannot be requested. ・Returns or exchanges will not be accepted. ・Please note that actual product colors and textures may differ from how they appear on your PC/mobile screen. ※ If the product is returned to us due to issues such as incorrect address or failure to collect within the delivery company’s holding period, your purchase will be canceled. |
| Winner Announcement |
・Winners will be announced on Friday, April 18, 2025, around 16:00. ・You will be notified by email regardless of whether you win or not. ・If using a mobile or smartphone email address, please ensure that you can receive emails from “@gaaat.com.” ・Winning rights are non-transferable and apply only to the applicant. ・After notification, purchase details will be sent via the online store. Please complete your payment within 48 hours of receiving the email. |
