About Reservations
I would like to change my reservation date or time.
→ Please contact us via your reservation confirmation email.
Please note that your change or cancellation will be considered complete once your message has been sent.
We will not send a separate completion notice, so we kindly ask for your understanding.
I will be coming with a companion. Can we enter together?
→ Yes, you may enter together.
For events with visitor benefits, the benefit will be provided only to the person who made the reservation.
If your companion would also like to receive the benefit, we kindly ask that they make a separate reservation.
I canceled my reservation, but I still received an email about my visit.
→ As emails are sent in bulk, you may receive one by mistake.
If you receive such an email, we apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask that you disregard and delete it.
About Entry
Will visitors enter in order of reservation number?
→ Reservation numbers are provided for administrative purposes only.
On the day of the event, entry will not be in reservation number order. Visitors will be guided in the order they arrive within their reserved time slot.
Please do not worry about the order of your number, and kindly arrive safely within your reserved time.
