About delivery dates and times
The estimated dispatch time is within 120 days after placing the order.
Books and other merchandise will be dispatched within approximately 30 days, excluding certain pre-order items.

*If you order multiple items, they will be shipped together based on the item with the latest estimated shipping date.

商品に問題があった場合
お届けした商品が不良品、またはご注文内容と異なる場合、速やかに交換対応させていただきます。
その際は、商品到着後7日以内に、下記の「交換申込フォーム」に必要事項をご記入ください。

ご連絡がない場合や、当店からの受付確認メールをご確認いただけていない場合は、交換を承れません。
※ ご返送時は「ワレモノ」指定・厳重な梱包をお願いいたします。
事前申告のない破損が見受けられた場合は、交換対応いたしかねます。

- 商品到着から1週間以上経過している場合
- お客様の責任により、商品本体・パッケージ・付属品に破損がある場合
