About delivery dates and times

The estimated dispatch time is within 90 days after placing the order.

Books and other merchandise will be dispatched within approximately 30 days, excluding certain pre-order items.

Note: Metal canvas artworks and books/goods will be shipped separately, and separate shipping fees will apply.

*If you order multiple items, they will be shipped together based on the item with the latest estimated shipping date.

*We may not be able to accommodate orders placed during the New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon holidays.
