About delivery dates and times
The estimated dispatch time is within 90 days after placing the order.
Books and other merchandise will be dispatched within approximately 30 days, excluding certain pre-order items.
Note: Metal canvas artworks and books/goods will be shipped separately, and separate shipping fees will apply.
*If you order multiple items, they will be shipped together based on the item with the latest estimated shipping date.
*We may not be able to accommodate orders placed during the New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon holidays.

交換の場合には、到着後7日以内に当店宛てにご連絡をお願い致します。
ご返送先の住所等、詳細はご連絡をいただき次第お客様へお伝え致します。
■商品に問題があった場合
万が一お届けした商品が不良品、もしくはご注文商品とは異なる場合、ご要望に応じて、早急に交換対応させて頂きます。お受取り後7日以内に交換申込フォームをご記入ください。
